Miss Angie

Angela Craft is a highly experienced Dance Director and instructor with over 30 years of experience in the dance industry along with being a “Certified Member” of the Dance Educators of America (DEA). She has taught all styles of dance and has a passion for working with children. Angela's award-winning choreography has earned her recognition as a Nationals Competitive Dance Choreography winner. Throughout her career, Angela has studied under some of the best teachers in the industry, honing her skills and developing her unique teaching style. Her strengths lie in teaching not just the steps, but also confidence, teamwork, discipline, and self-esteem. Angela believes that a comfort zone is just a start and encourages her students to be brave and step out of their comfort zones. Angela's love for dance and teaching shines through in her work, and she is dedicated to helping her students achieve their full potential. Her ability to connect with her students and create a positive and supportive learning environment has earned her the respect and admiration of both students and parents alike. As a dance instructor, Angela is committed to providing her students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the dance industry. Her passion for dance and teaching is contagious, and she inspires her students to work hard and pursue their dreams. Miss Lacie

Lacie is a highly skilled Occupational Therapist with a passion for working with children. She holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and has extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Lacie's caring and passionate approach to dance makes her an asset in every classroom. In addition to her work as an occupational therapist, Lacie has also studied dance for over 16 years in all styles. Her love for dance and movement has given her a unique perspective on the importance of occupational therapy in helping children develop their motor skills and achieve their full potential. Lacie's expertise in both occupational therapy and dance has enabled her to develop a holistic approach to dance that focuses on the whole child. She understands that every child is unique and requires a personalized approach to dance that considers their individual needs and abilities. Lacie's caring and compassionate nature makes her a favorite among children and parents alike. Her ability to connect with her students and create a positive and supportive environment has earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues in the field of occupational therapy and dance. As a Dance Teacher and Occupational Therapist, Lacie is committed to helping children reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Her dedication to her work and her students makes her an incomparable asset to any classroom.
Ms Tori
Tori began dancing very early in life at 3. This early introduction to dance has provided opportunity for extensive training in ballet, tap, pointe, hip hop, jazz and contemporary. In addition, Tori has team competition experience in both in the kickline and pom-pom styles. She gained dance instruction experience while working at two other studios during dance career. Plus, Tori has taught dance routines at Unified Sports Special Olympics events as well as starting a Unified dance team at her high school. She is passionate about dance and helping others. Tori is looking forward to be a member of the MMCA family, using her teaching experience to instruct, assist, and mentor students, and sharing her passion for dance with her students.

Miss Grace
Grace received training in classical ballet from The Ballet School of Vermont. She went on to use those skills as part of The Northern Vermont Ballet Company, performing in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, and Copelia. She expanded her dance experience by competing with her high school’s varsity dance team in the hip hop and jazz categories. Grace is enthusiastic about being able to pass on her love of dance and passion for proper form and technique to the young dancers at Mountain Mover’s Creative Arts.
Miss Diane
Diane, a retired Group Travel Consultant, graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Administration. No stranger to this industry, she had instruction in tap, ballet and acrobatics in her youth and college years. She also has experience in musical theater, church choir, madrigal singers and solo vocal performance. Her varied background has given her the opportunity to create and lead programs for children as well as senior citizens. Originally from New Castle, she now resides in Salem, VA.
